As industrial 3D printing expands to mass production, standard PP filaments suffer high shrinkage, warping, layer separation and weak mechanical strength, limiting mass manufacturing of precision parts. Custom glass fiber reinforced PP composite solves these drawbacks. It combines PP’s lightweight, chemical-resistant and cost-effective merits with glass fiber’s high rigidity, tensile strength and heat resistance, making it a core feedstock for additive manufacturing.

Special interfacial compatibilizers strengthen bonding between glass fiber and PP matrix, eliminating common printing defects like fiber blooming, dimensional drift and thermal deformation. Compatible with mainstream FDM pellet and filament printing, it forms complex hollow structures, thin-wall parts and load-bearing components in one step, cutting post-processing work and raising finished product yield by around 5% versus generic modified plastics.

This material covers a full performance range: tensile strength 70–95 MPa, maximum flexural modulus 9800 MPa, heat deflection temperature 145–155 ℃, and mold shrinkage controlled at 0.3%–1.0%. Balanced rigidity and impact resistance are guaranteed, with electrolyte-resistant grades enduring cutting fluid, acid, alkali and humid environments. We customize glass fiber content, impact strength, heat resistance and colors to match demands. Widely used for drone frames, truck air filter housings, air conditioner fan blades, washing machine tubs, power tool casings and tooling prototypes, it fits both prototype verification and small-batch industrial production to balance performance and costs.
